What survives into the next brief?
Most organisations make the same consequential decisions over and over, and never get better at making them.

The brief gets written, the work runs, the results come in, and almost nothing of what was learned survives into the next cycle. In this extract from my conversation with Darren Woolley, I argue the fix is not more intelligence. It is redesigning the recurring decision itself: measure what happened, retain the learning, and start the next brief smarter than the last.
That is where advantage compounds.
